Position Overview

- Stock shelves with new home merchandise from backroom pallets, setting up feature displays per planogram and mod directives.
- Assist customers comparing products — explaining cookware materials, bedding sizes, storage dimensions, and décor style options.
- Process seasonal home transitions setting up and tearing down holiday, summer, back-to-college, and spring refresh displays.
- Maintain high-touch display areas that customers frequently browse, straightening packaging and resetting vignette arrangements.
Qualifications & Benefits
